Work with us

How we hire

Small on purpose

Country Web Design is deliberately small — it's a big part of why our prices look the way they do. We don't have any full-time openings at the moment.

What we do have is a steady stream of projects that need more than one set of hands. When that happens we'd rather work with people from around here than a faceless agency somewhere else, so we keep a short list of freelancers we can call on.

If you're good at one of the things on the right and you'd like to be on that list, we'd like to hear from you.

What we care about

• Clear, honest communication — including when something's running late
• Doing what you said you'd do, when you said you'd do it
• Plain language over jargon, for clients and for each other
• Respect for small budgets and the people behind them
