Tell your story
In a town this tight-knit, people pick businesses they trust. An “about us” page with real photos does more than any ad.
Websites for Cordova's shops, trades and churches, built a short drive away in Dora.
Cordova is the kind of town where people still know the person behind the counter. That's a real advantage, and your website should carry it — your name, your face, your story, and an easy way to call.
We're based in Dora, just up the road, and we build sites for exactly this kind of business: small, local and worth showing off properly.
Every site we build includes hosting you can count on and the groundwork for local search. When you're ready, pair it with website hosting in Cordova and local SEO for Cordova businesses.

Settlers started arriving in the Cordova area in the early 1830s, and the first coal mine was open by 1840. Back then the town was called Dent, after an early local family.
The name Cordova came from Benjamin Long, a veteran of the Mexican-American War. When he opened a store in 1859, he dubbed the town “El Cordova,” a take on the Spanish city of Córdoba. The “El” got dropped along the way. Capt. Long built the Long Mansion around 1883.
The railroads arrived in 1886, and around 1898 the Indian Head Mills textile company opened, building a village and a school for its workers. Cordova's population tripled between 1900 and 1910. Baseball fans may also know it as the hometown of major-league pitcher Doyle Alexander.

Folks in Cordova often search for services “near me.” Accurate location details on your site and your Google profile get you in those results.
