Real numbers, right here on the page. You shouldn't have to sit through a sales call just to find out what a website runs.
A one-time build cost — not a subscription. After that, hosting is just $200 a year, so there's no monthly bill. And when it's finished it's yours: the files, the domain, the accounts, all in your name.

Hosting is $200 a year. No monthly bill. Pay once a year and your site stays online, backed up, secure and maintained — nothing coming out of your account every month. What's included
Every range above is a range for a reason — we quote a fixed number once we know what you actually need, and that number doesn't move unless you ask it to.
Hosting and maintenance are one plan, and that's the whole bill. It should be the part of your website you never have to think about (what's included), and it shouldn't cost more than a tank of gas each month.
One plan. Pay for the year or month to month — same service either way.
Optional, and cancel whenever. A website that nobody can find is a billboard in a barn — but you don't have to start here. How local SEO works.
No two apps are alike, so we won't pretend there's a sticker price. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll give you a straight number.
Every app is different — what it does, who uses it, and what it has to connect to all change the price. Give us a call and we'll talk it through and quote it properly.
My first business — Chenango Web Design LLC — I started in the country too, working with the kind of small businesses I'd known my whole life. Shops, trades, family operations. People who did not have five thousand dollars sitting around for a website, and certainly didn't have hundreds a month to hand over once it was built.
A lot of them had been quoted exactly that, and walked away with nothing instead. That always struck me as backwards. The businesses that get the most out of a good website are the ones being priced out of having one.
So the numbers on this page are the ones I wish those folks had been handed. Plenty of agencies quote four and five figures for the same job — the work isn't ten times better, the overhead is. A downtown office, a sales team on commission, an account manager whose whole job is forwarding your emails to the person actually building the thing.
No middlemen here. The person who answers the phone is the person who builds the site, and we just pass the difference on.
Call or text any day of the week, 6 AM to 11 PM. You'll get the person who builds your site.
