Explain technical work clearly
Industrial and trade customers want to know exactly what you can do. Clear service pages beat vague slogans every time.
We've already built for Oakman — and we'd be glad to build for your business, too.
Oakman isn't a hypothetical for us. We built the website for Jones Machine & Welding, a fabrication and repair shop that's been in Oakman since 1971. Their site walks mining, quarry and plant customers through what they do and gets them to a quote.
That's the kind of work we do for Oakman businesses: straightforward sites that explain what you do in plain English and make it easy for the right customer to reach you.
Every site we build includes hosting you can count on and the groundwork for local search. When you're ready, pair it with website hosting in Oakman and local SEO for Oakman businesses.

Oakman has had three names. It started out as York, after its first post office in 1860, then became Day's Gap, after a local landowner and the gap between two mountains where the town sits. It became Oakman in 1894, most likely in honor of W. G. Oakman, a Sloss-Sheffield Iron and Steel Company executive who made a large donation to the town.
The Georgia Pacific Railroad arrived in 1884 and turned Oakman into a shipping center for the county. It was also the first city in Walker County to put up telephone lines.
Here's one most people don't know: Oakman is one of only four towns in Alabama whose town limits form a perfect circle. And the Old York USA Heritage and Music Park keeps about 20 period buildings, including Oakman's first post office.
